FOM Appendix: Downloadable Forms

This section provides all the forms necessary for the operation of the business. 

FOM Section A: Introduction

This section gives relevant information about the Franchisor, the support that will be provided to you, and your responsibilities as a Franchisee.

FOM Section B: Establishing the Business

This section provides guidelines in order to establish the BEBAX COFFEE business. It consists of information like Countdown-to-opening schedule, guidelines for selecting your site, Branding, Equipment specification and other important information.

FOM Section C: Managing the Business

This section provides guidelines to manage outlet efficiently. It consists of information about scheduling staff, ordering, receiving and storage of inventory, generating maximum profit and reducing cost, and preparing financial statements.

FOM Section D: Personnel

This section consists of organizational structure, guidelines about how to recruit staff, training of staff and motivating staff.

This section provides steps that are needed to operate the outlet effectively on a day-to-day basis. 

It consists of daily opening and closing responsibilities, customer service policy, how to handle customer complaints, payment accepting procedures, food handling & preparation procedures, and safety of the outlet.

This section covers BEBAX COFFEE marketing & advertising strategies, guidelines for using BEBAX COFFEE mark, brand manual, strategy for the grand opening of the outlet and procedures for requesting marketing material from BEBAX GLOBAL LTD.
